AVEDIAN PROPERTIES HISTORY

Mark Avedian, Sr.

Mark Avedian

The Avedian family’s roots run deep in California’s Central Valley. Generations of work in agriculture and business shaped a tradition of hard work, a handshake, and a promise to earn trust through excellent service.

Mark Avedian Sr. founded Avedian Properties in 1994. From its offices in Visalia and Exeter, the family-owned brokerage grew around a commitment to personal service and lasting relationships. After Mark Sr. passed away in 2022, his son, Mark Avedian, continued the family business. Today, Mark and the Avedian Properties team carry that commitment forward with the same family approach to reMARKable service.

Avedian Properties is proud to be part of the community we serve. Our agents live and work in the Central Valley, participate in local events, and support charities, the arts, athletics, and education. We are active members of the Tulare County, California, and National Associations of REALTORS®. Our agents have served in association leadership roles and earned honors including REALTOR® of the Year.

Mark Sr.’s legacy reaches well beyond the brokerage. His service to the real estate profession included leadership roles with the Tulare County Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He also served on community and agricultural boards and coached women’s basketball, volleyball, and tennis at College of the Sequoias.

Our experienced agents represent buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, as well as new home builders and investors. Whether you have deep roots here or are just beginning your next chapter in the Central Valley, on the Central Coast and beyond - we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
