Mark Avedian | Broker & Owner
A lifelong Visalia native, Mark Avedian brings deep Central Valley roots and a commitment to personal service to his role as Broker and Owner of Avedian Properties. He continues the family business founded by his late father in 1994, carrying forward a tradition of integrity, hard work, and lasting client relationships. Under his leadership, the brokerage serves buyers and sellers through its Visalia and Exeter offices, with a team experienced in residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate.
Prior to joining the family business, Mark worked as a stockbroker, developing a financial perspective that complements his work in real estate. His approach centers on understanding each client’s goals and providing thoughtful guidance throughout the buying or selling process. He is equally committed to supporting his agents and maintaining a company culture built on personal attention and trusted service.
Outside of real estate, Mark is a dedicated husband and father who is actively involved in his church. An avid tennis player, he taught lessons for many years, sharing his enjoyment of the sport with others. He gives back to the community through contributions to various nonprofit organizations and is a member of the Sequoia Chapter of the Triple X Armenian Fraternity. His commitment to family, faith, and community reflects the values he brings to his work each day.
