Arnel Padilla brings more than two decades of real estate experience and a lifelong commitment to service to Avedian Properties. Since beginning his real estate career in 2004, he has represented buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, and agricultural transactions throughout the Central Valley, Central Coast, Bay Area, and beyond. He also works with a custom home builder, helping clients explore opportunities for homes built to suit their needs.

Before entering real estate, Arnel served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, working in aviation and traveling around the world. His military background instilled discipline, adaptability, and a dedication to helping others—qualities he brings to every client relationship. He also studied accounting at the University of the East in the Philippines.

A Visalia resident since 2000, Arnel is deeply connected to his community. He has served in leadership with the Filipino-American Community of Tulare County since 2009, including as past president and a current board member.

A proud father and grandfather, Arnel enjoys traveling, good food, fast cars, and meeting new people. Whether helping clients purchase their first home, sell a property, or pursue an investment, he values lasting relationships and attentive, personal service.
